Starting this July, Nick Lindsley, a Principal at Neumann Monson Architects, will serve as Greater Iowa City Inc.’s Chair of the Executive Council. Lindsley served as Vice Chair in FY 2026. Lindsley replaces Jennie Wunderlich, President of PSC Distribution and Studio H2O, as Chair.
Lindsley has led award-winning projects, earning design recognition from AIA Iowa, AIA Central States, and IIDA Great Plains. He received AIA Iowa’s Young Architect Award in 2018 and AIA National Young Architect Award in 2020.
We also welcome Mark Seabold, a Principal Architect with Shive Hattery Architecture + Engineering, as a new board member. Seabold has more than three decades of experience and works with cities and development teams to evaluate sites, guide master planning efforts and design commercial projects that make a lasting impact on our community.
The Executive Council’s primary role is to oversee Greater IC’s budget, strategic initiatives, and policy agenda which is informed in part by this membership survey.
