CLP was created by Greater Iowa City, Inc. (formerly the Chamber of Commerce) in 1990 to inspire emerging leaders by educating them on the opportunities, strengths, and challenges within the Iowa City area.

Designed to empower both start-ups and established businesses, the BRC provides services in financial management, legal compliance, marketing, IT, and more. Walk-in consultations and one-on-one sessions with experts deliver comprehensive, tailored support for entrepreneurs.
The annual Golf Classic is a premier event for Greater Iowa City, Inc., bringing together business and community leaders for a day of networking, connection, and friendly competition on the course. This highly anticipated event offers a chance to support local businesses, foster new relationships, and enjoy a great day of golf, prizes, and camaraderie.
