Located at MERGE in the heart of downtown Iowa City, The Business Resource Center is offering expert guidance and support free to anyone who owns a business or is interested in starting one. Designed to empower both start-ups and established businesses, the BRC provides services in financial management, legal compliance, marketing, IT, and more. Walk-in consultations and one-on-one sessions with experts deliver comprehensive, tailored support for entrepreneurs.
The Iowa City Community School District Board of Education has established a Financial Oversight Committee to strengthen transparency, accountability, and public confidence in the district’s financial practices. Interested community members are encouraged to apply during the open application period (through July 13).
