The Director of Member Services serves as the main connection to the Chamber for members. The primary responsibilities of the position are:
- Member retention, recruitment, and engagement
- Management of the Ambassador program, which is the Chamber’s primary volunteer base, along with the program’s committees
- Fundraising via sponsorship and other sales
